After one and a half driving, we arrive in Shigatse, which is the second largest city in Tibet. In Shigatse, tourists will visit Tashilunpo Monastery, the seat of Tibet's second highest incarnation, the Panchen Lama.

1. 根據外籍游客入境規(guī)定，須以組團的形式赴藏旅行，不能自由行，由具備入境資質的旅行社安排旅游接待及代辦入藏證，游客前往西藏時需攜帶有效的護照、入藏函原件、中國簽證等，進藏后，需由導游全程帶隊出行。
2. 旅游者應身體健康，確保自身身體條件能夠順利完成旅游活動，避免因自身疾病在旅途中引起不良后果。請根據自己的身體條件參加適宜的旅游活動，以免發(fā)生意外。
3. 游客在全程旅游或自由活動時請注意安全，請盡量避免單獨出行；同行人員、導游的手機、房間號以及自己下榻的酒店名稱位置 請務必記住。 請妥善保管自己的證件、錢幣以及其他等貴重物品，隨身不要佩戴貴重首飾或大量現(xiàn)金。不得進入設有警示標志的危險區(qū)域，進行游覽、拍照 等活動。
4. 住宿提示：西藏地處西部經濟落后地區(qū)，酒店住宿接待條件有限，請勿與內地及沿海發(fā)達地區(qū)住宿條件相比。行程所含住宿均為舒適性普通住宿，如對住宿有更高要求，請及時聯(lián)系專屬客服，升級住宿標準(可選掛三星/掛四星/掛五星)。
5. 證件提示：外籍游客在出發(fā)時請攜帶個人有效護照，港澳游客需攜帶往來大陸回鄉(xiāng)證、護照，臺灣游客需攜帶臺胞證、身份證、護照。
6. 用餐提示：如您選擇的是我社的拼團路線，包含用餐為當?shù)氐穆糜螆F餐，價格實惠，可以吃飽，勿以高標準來要求餐點；如您選擇的是本店的VIP單獨制定產品，用餐的要求和標準請聯(lián)系專屬客服為您另行安排。
7. 天氣提示：西藏地區(qū)日照強烈，早晚溫差較大，賓館大多沒有空調，請做好防曬、防寒保暖準備。青藏高原太陽直射，紫外線非常強烈，對視神經可造成不同程度的損害，要帶防輻射的太陽鏡和遮陽帽，最好涂抹防曬化妝品，男士也要涂防曬霜。
8. 宗教信息提示：旅游者需遵守西藏自治區(qū)政府相關法律法規(guī)、文化習俗及宗教禁忌；藏區(qū)民風淳樸，藏民性格質樸直爽，不能以城市人的心態(tài)標準來衡量，旅游者需尊重藏民生活，尊重當?shù)仫L俗，請勿公開談論與藏族有關的政治話題。
9. 銀行提示：西藏地區(qū)基本只有中行、建行、工行、農行四大銀行及郵政儲蓄，手機使用全國漫游手機卡，請游客們作好相應準備。
10. 寺廟拍攝提示：西藏寺廟建筑風格獨特，遇上節(jié)日，藏人衣著更是華麗，色彩繽紛，部分地方注明付款。可拍攝，每張50元或更高價，請勿偷拍，偷拍后果是十分嚴重。拍攝人物，尤其是婦女，也要小心，藏人未必都喜歡被人拍攝，為避免不必要的麻煩，取景前最好先打招呼。
11. 行程游玩提示：西藏地區(qū)多是少數(shù)民族居住地區(qū)，深受宗教影響有些習慣不能以城市人的心態(tài)標準來衡量，不要去計較和指責他們。不要和司機吵架，不要離團觀藏人葬禮，偶有不慎，就會觸怒當?shù)厝?，引起不必要的風波；有關藏族的風俗習慣、禁忌等導游會有詳細介紹，大家要小心留意、緊記在心敬請尊重當?shù)孛耧L民俗。
12. 限速提示：因西藏線路行車時間較長，為保障安全，拉薩以外的地區(qū)路段全程限速，許多時間是在車上，難免不能按時吃飯，請客人帶一些零食及餅干，也可帶一些西洋參用于提神。
13. 健康提示：有嚴重呼吸氣管、心臟、心血管、糖尿病、精神疾病及感冒患者不宜進藏，請謹慎選擇(后附高原反應的詳細應對辦法)。因藏區(qū)經濟、醫(yī)療等條件有限，且高海拔地區(qū)環(huán)境復雜，請旅游者自備抗高反、防過敏、消炎、感冒等藥品，以備急需。
14. 本線路為散客拼團，在承諾服務內容和標準不變的前提下 ，可能會與其他旅行社的客人合并用車，共同游玩。如您提交訂單，則視為接受旅行社拼團后統(tǒng)一安排行程。
15. 本產品行程實際出行中，在不減少景點的前提下，導游、司機可能會根據天氣、交通等情況，對您的行程進行適當調整（如調整景點游覽順序等），以確保行程順利進行。如因不可抗力等因素確實無法執(zhí)行原行程計劃，對于因此而造成的費用變更，我社實行多退少補，敬請配合。
16. 出游過程中，如遇不可抗力因素造成景點未能正常游玩，導游經與客人協(xié)商后可根據實際情況取消或更換該景點，或由導游在現(xiàn)場按旅游產品中的門票價退還費用，退費不以景區(qū)掛牌價為準，敬請諒解。
